THE STRING TRIO OF OUR TIME
The foundation comprehensively promotes the string trio genre in the classical lineup for violin, viola and violoncello. This genre occupies a niche position within chamber music for string instruments, especially with regard to the string quartet.
The foundation acts as an inspirer and principal of compositions for string trios as well as initiator and organizer of master classes and music competitions. In addition, it is involved as a concert organizer and as a promoter of recording productions. The foundation is particularly interested in mentoring and supporting young musicians.
